A new look

Darkness everywhere and nothing more.

Simple, strange melancholy...
painted torrid colours to a sky of green.
Candle
breathing
one night only,
far away,
in chillness,
bleak, unseen.

Drifting galley,
ghostlike shadow,
set sail to catch
and kill the time.
Echoes wandering down
an endless meadow,
search for a thing... sublime...

I'm not anonymous, I'm really not. I'm Stormah! The Storminator. Uh... yeah.

So, like, uh, I don't get it. It doesn't rhyme very much. What's up with that?

It's far too profound for me. Maybe because I haven't started drinking. After a couple of glasses of the vino it'll probably dawn on me.

Heh. Dont you know poetry doesnt have to rhyme? :)

It's from an old Scorpions album, "Fly to the Rainbow". The last part of the title song is dark and moody, much like the look of my blog now. A swedish metal band named Therion does an amazing cover thats even darker. If you hang out with me long enough, you'll start to get my obscure references.

Poetry doesn't have to rhyme? Are you sure? I wasn't even sure it was poetry, because it didn't say 'There once was a man from Nantucket...'.

But if you insist...

I'm NOT anonymous, I'm NOT! I'm Stormi. Boo-yah.
